REFUND / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATION

    1. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, do contact us within three (3) days of receipt at enquiry@lineadesignerfurniture.com or Whatsapp +60 16 262 4929. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
    2. All sales are final, hence we do not accept any refund. However, we shall consider exchange of items within three (3) days from receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Please note that replacement does attract additional shipping cost which shall be advised accordingly.
    3. Cancellations without a solid reason are not accepted after 48 hours of confirmation of purchase.
    4. In-stock items normally ship within 21 working days after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. However there will be a charge of Shipping Fee, Administration Fee of 5 % and Transaction Fee of 6%-8% of payment made subjected to your payment mode.
