Shipping within Malaysia


Disposal of Packaging Materials:
1. Disposal of packaging materials does not include in our standard shipping options. If you wish to dispose them, you may negotiate with our logistic service providers.
2. However if you subscribe to our Assembly Services, you may inform our service provider to dispose the materials at no additional cost.


A. Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia
1.  Items are shipped both by truck or courier service.
2.

Default shipping for most of Fully Assembled items are by truck and for Flat Pack items are by courier service. 
3.

Shipping cost is determine by the combination of weight, dimension, quantity and location.

The default delivery rates for truck shipping always refer to consolidated shipping within the stated time frame e.g. within 21 working days. The actual delivery date is fixed by LINEA. Kindly ensure availability at the time dan date of the plan delivery date.

If you are not available on the planned delivery date, please let us know and we can reschedule your delivery to the next available date.

If you need a fix delivery date and time, we shall consider under Dedicated Shipping option. This however will cost more. Kindly enquire through Whatsapp to 0123596884 or 0162624929.

How to check shipping rates and shipping time?

a. If you buy a single item, you can go to Product Page, and find Estimate Shipping section, choose Country and State, and enter Post Code and click button Estimate.

b. If you plan to buy more than one item, please add all the items to cart, click View Cart, go to Estimate Shipping, choose country and province, and enter Post Code.

How do we delivery your order by truck to shipping address?


  1. Our orders are shipped by selected delivery service providers and delivered to your door step. Kindly take note that door step refers to street level for landed address, and lift floor level for high rise buildings. Our standard service fees does not include deliver the item to upper floor / Town house / Walk up apartment. If you need the service, you may negotiate with the service providers themselves.
  2. Kindly ensure a smooth access for our delivery team. If the delivery address is not on the ground level and does not have Service Elevator, we may have to arrange a special team to handle and may require additional cost.
  3. Please inform us earlier for such cases as it will incur additional charges. Failure to inform us, may result in non delivery of the item and will incur additional charge for subsequent shipping.
  4. We deliver from Monday to Friday, between 9.30am - 5.00pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. 
  5. LINEA might accumulate your order with others in the same area and may choose the next immediate days to ship your order.

    How do we deliver by courier to shipping address

    1. Delivery by courier shall be subjected to courier companies terms and conditions.
    2. For high rise building, the courier company may or may not deliver to your door step. In some cases, they will deliver to Mail Room or similar spaces.
    3. Your order will leave our warehouse within 3 working days and will reach your address within 7 working days under normal condition.

    Although most of our items are ex-stock, some items such as custom sofas are made upon order. Custom sofa shipping time is approximately 4 weeks. In this case if your order consist of other in-stock items, all will be shipped based on the most longest estimated shipping time. Occasionally LINEA might also ship separately due to stock availability in different warehouse. No extra charges shall be imposed due to this situation.

    In cases where you receive a different item from what you ordered, our logistic team will replace with the correct item as soon as possible

     

    B. Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan

    1. Only items can be shipped by courier service are available for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan addresses.
    2. Most of the items are flat pack items and arm chairs / lounge chairs
    3.
    Shipping cost is determine by either the actual weight or volumetric weight.
