Shipping to Singapore is done by truck and courier company from Malaysia warehouse to your shipping address in Singapore.

Shipping cost is determine by the combination of weight, dimension and quantity. The rate is a flat rate for all addresses in Singapore.

How to check shipping rates and shipping time?
a. If you buy a single item, you can go to Product Page, and find Estimate Shipping section, choose Country and State, and enter Post Code and click button Estimate.
b. If you plan to buy more than one item, please add all the items to cart, click View Cart, go to Estimate Shipping, choose country and province, and enter Post Code.

How do we delivery your order by truck to Singapore shipping address?
- Your orders are delivered to you under FOT terms.
- FOT refers to Free on Truck. What is means is that your order are delivered to your address and you have to receive the item at the truck at the street level.
- Our shipping rates do not include delivery to your door step. Only up to the truck. In case you need additional service, you may enquire directly to the service provider or contact us in advance within 48 hours after you place the order.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday, between 9.30am - 5.00pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Your order will leave our warehouse within 3 working days and will reach your address within 7 working days under normal condition.

Who will be responsible to clear the item at Singapore custom?
- Our logistic service provider shall handle all custom clearance.
- If there is any Singapore GST payment required, our service provider shall contact you and the payment need to be paid to them in advance before delivery is made.
- The requirement to pay Singapore GST is subjected to Singapore government laws and may change from time to time. Kindly refer to Singapore Custom for any latest applied rules.
