About This Service
What is Assembly Service?
Some LINEA products are delivered fully assembled, while others arrive in flat pack form and require on-site assembly. Assembly Service covers the labour required to build flat pack items at your location.
Service Availability: Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan Only.
Assembly Service shall be carried out in the following options subject to the type of items:
- We may pre-assemble the item at warehouse and deliver in assembled form.
- Assembly shall be carried out during the delivery process.
- Assembly shall be carried out after order arrives at customer address (for shipping by courier items).
Service Tiers
Five Assembly Levels

| Level 3 — Moderate | Medium to large items requiring instruction-guided assembly. Typically takes 30–60 minutes to complete properly. | RM 130 / unit | Add to Cart |
| Level 4 — Experienced 1 | Complex medium to large furniture requiring the skill to read and interpret assembly instructions confidently. | RM 160 / unit | Add to Cart |
| Level 5 — Experienced 2 | Complex large items that require extra time, effort & work to complete the assembling. | RM 190 / unit | Add to Cart |
Ready to Add Assembly Service?
Browse your product page and check if your item default shipping is Flat Pack or Assembled. If Flat Pack, please check the recommended Assembly Service level and add to your cart alongside your furniture item.
The quantity of the Assembly Service shall follow the quantity of items which you require us to assemble.
Before We Leave
Your presence is required on assembly day.
- Be present throughout the entire assembly. Our assembler will need your guidance on placement and access.
- Inspect every item once assembly is complete. Check all joints, surfaces, and moving parts before signing off.
- Raise any issues immediately so our assembler can rectify them on the spot at no extra charge.
- Sign the Delivery Note once you are fully satisfied. Your signature confirms the order is complete and correctly assembled.
- Any return visit after sign-off will be subject to an additional service charge.
