We offer shipping to the whole Malaysia and Singapore. Standard Shipping rates are available for Peninsular Malaysia only while for Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and Singapore are quoted manually.

Shipping within Malaysia
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia by truck and courier, and to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan by sea freight, air freight or courier service.

Delivery Methods
How we ship your order
Method 01 — Truck Delivery
Used for most fully assembled items and items with Pre-Assembly before delivery option.
Delivered to your doorstep at street level addresses.
High-rise residential units, Upper floor units, townhouse, or walk-up apartments deliveries require prior notice and may incur additional charges. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.00pm.
Delivery Period: 7 - 21 working days subject to stock availability.
Method 02 — Courier Service
Used for most flat pack items. Subject to the courier company's own terms. For high-rise buildings, delivery may be to the mail room rather than your door.
Your order leaves our warehouse within 3 working days and arrives within 7 working days under normal conditions.
Method 03 - Dedicated Shipping
Need a fixed delivery date and time? We offer a Dedicated Shipping option at additional cost. Enquire via WhatsApp +60 16 262 4929.
Custom & made-to-order items.
Custom items are made upon order and take approximately 4 - 8 weeks. If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, all items will ship together based on the longest lead time. If you like partial delivery, kindly contact us for more information

Shipping cost
Determined by a combination of weight, dimensions, quantity, and delivery location. Consolidated truck shipping operates within a stated time frame (e.g. within 7-21 working days). The actual delivery date is set by LINEA. We shall contact you three (3) days before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
If you are unavailable on the planned date, contact us to reschedule to the next available slot. -
How to check shipping rates
Single item: Go to the Product Page → find Estimate Shipping → select Country & State → enter Post Code → click Estimate.
Multiple items: Add all items to cart → click View Cart → use the Estimate Shipping tool in the cart page. -
Incorrect item received
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, our logistics team will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible.
Packaging
Disposal of packaging materials
Standard Delivery
Packaging disposal is not included in our standard shipping. If you wish to have packaging removed, you may arrange this directly with our logistics service providers.
With Assembly Service
If you have subscribed to our Assembly Service, simply inform our service provider at the time of delivery and they will dispose of all packaging materials at no additional cost.
