Placing Order & Making Payment

A. Placing Order

  1. Add items to your cart using the Add to Cart button on any Product Page.
  2. At the My Cart page, review your items, quantities, and prices. You may add more items by browsing the menu, or remove any item by clicking Remove.
  3. Estimate your shipping cost by entering your country, state, and postcode in the Estimate Shipping section.
  4. For specific shipping requests, use the Order Instructions field on the right side of the page.
  5. Once ready, click Checkout.
  6. Fill in your contact and shipping information, then select your preferred shipping option.
  7. Enter a Discount Code if you have one.
  8. Click Continue to Payment.

B. Making Payment

  1. At the Payment page, confirm your email, name, and full delivery address.
  2. You will be presented with four (4) payment options — select the one that suits you best. See the table below for details.
  3. For Online Transfer, you may transfer manually using our bank account number, or scan our DuitNow QR Code via your bank app. Open your bank app, tap Scan QR, and complete the payment.

Payment Options

Mode of Payment Description
GrabPay GrabPay offers three flexible payment modes:
  a) Pay in full now (GrabPay Wallet)
  b) Pay in full next month (PayLater Postpaid)
  c) Pay over 3 months (PayLater Instalments)

💳 Prefer Credit or Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex)? Select GrabPay at checkout — you will find the card payment option on the GrabPay page.

ShopBack PayLater Split your payment into 3 equal monthly instalments at no extra cost. Maximum purchase value is RM5,000.

The first instalment is charged immediately upon purchase. You will be directed to the ShopBack application page — approval may be instant or take 24–48 hours. ShopBack has sole discretion on approval.
Online Transfer Log in to your bank's website or app and transfer to either:
  1. RHB Banking Berhad
  2. Maybank Berhad

Alternatively, scan our DuitNow QR Code using any bank app.

Bank Deposit Deposit cash or cheque at any branch or ATM of:
  1. RHB Bank
  2. Maybank

Confirm your billing address and click Complete Order to finalise. You may then exit the LINEA website.

Please Note: LINEA reserves the right to cancel an order if the stock is unavailable due to simultaneous offline purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be made.
